Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the timelines below.

1. Returns & Refunds for Retail Customers

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn and unwashed

  • Item is returned in original condition

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-printed or personalised T-shirts

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged through misuse

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

  • A defective print

  • Damaged goods

Please notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

3. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders are printed specifically per client requirements.
Therefore:

  • No refunds on wholesale orders

  • Reprints will only be issued in the case of errors caused by Tusk T-Shirts

4. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Reason for return
