1. Shipping

We deliver throughout Namibia. We can arrange shipping to other countries upon request.

1.2 Delivery Timeframes

Retail orders: 3–7 working days

Custom printing orders: 5–14 working days depending on quantity

Wholesale orders: Timelines provided per quotation

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on location and order size.

3. Tracking

Tracking information isn’t available in Namibia yet.

4. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses.
If a parcel returns due to incorrect details, the customer must cover re-shipping fees.

5. Returns Shipping

Retail customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the return is due to:

• Wrong item sent
